Abstract

著者는 광범위 하게 利用되는 抗痛劑의 하나인 vincristine을 實驗的으로 白鼠에다 投與하
고 그 影響이 切齒象牙基質의 形成에 미치는 바를 觀察한 바가 있었다.
實驗對象인 Spraque Dawley系의 白鼠(60마리)에다 vincristine(Lilly)의 投與方法은
vincristine 0.1, 0.3, 0.5 및 0.7mg/kg.B.W.를1日, 1回, 連 3回尾靜脈에다 投與하고 各己一
週, 二週 및 三週間이 經過된 後 ether마취하에 犧牲시키고, 그 下顎切齒部를 切取하여10%
中性 formalin에 固定하고 5% taichloracetic acid溶液에서 脫灰한 後 hematoxylineosin을 爲
한 染色을 하여 觀察한바 다음과 같은 結果를 얻었다.
1. Vincristine投與後一週經過群에서는 象牙芽細胞의 數的인 減少와 形態的인 變化가 觀察
되나 投與量이 增加됨에 따라 基質形成에도 障碍가 惹起되고 있음이 檢鏡되었다.
2. vincristine 投與後二週經過群에 있어서는 象牙芽細胞에서의 形態的變形과 配列不正 및
數的인 減少와 基質形成不全이 投與量의 增加와 더불어 顯著하여 所謂 dentin niche와 骨樣
象牙質을 發現시키고 있었다.
3. Vincristine 投與後三週經過群에 있어서는 比較的正常的인 細胞들의 出現으로
vincristine의 影響으로부터 점차 修復되어지는 傾向을 나타내고 있었다.

Vincristine in dose of 0.1, 0.3, 0.5 and 0.7 mg/kg was administered to 60
Sprague-Dawley rats weighing from 140 gm to 160 gm by intravenous injection via tail
vein. And then animals were sacrificed one, two, and three weeks after experiments.
The effects of vincristine on the development on dentinogenesis were studied
histologically in the mandibular incisor teeth of rats.
After examination and comparison of all specimens, the results of this study were
obtained as follows;
1. After one week;
Alterations of odontoblasts in shapes and numbers were principal findings of low dose
administration. With increased dose, dentin matrix formation disturbances were observed.
2. After two weeks;
Dysplasia of odontoblasts and disturbances of dentin matrix formation were more
prominent in 2nd week than in 1st week, resulting in osteodentin, dentin niches.
3. After three weeks;
At the near of osteodentin, advent of relatively normal odontoblasts revealed the
tendency of recovery from vincristine effects.
